Cal Clark is an accomplished economic developer, author, policy analyst and change agent. He walks the talk, and remains engaged in the leadership of numerous civic, philanthropic and community development organizations and endeavors. Cal has staffed a number of major policy studies for public affairs, think tank organizations, and has been a rural community bank president and owner. From 1989 to 2001, Cal served as the Director of Economic Development for the EnergyOne division of UtiliCorp United in Minnesota. Cal shares his rich first-hand experience in clear and concise language.
